Monitoring – Control Center
The system will be connected to our Computerized Alarm Unit 24 hours a day. Each and every area of the system will be identified - the situation being indicated in real time.
The connection may be established by a telephone line in a coded message and/or UHF radio transmitter or cellular phone.
Once the signal is received, the owner and/or legal representatives and/or employees in charge will be warned so that one of them can go to the premises with the keys. Every time the system is set off, warning will be given to the Police.
We will then follow your instructions, which will have been previously incorporated to our electronic files; therefore, the operator will be able to contact the person whom you have appointed.
As for the telephone connection case, the Computerized Control Center is installed in our offices. It receives coded telephone signals through special lines.
The following services can be noted:
- Time the system was switched on and off.
- Exact time of every event.
- Distinction of every area of break-in.
- Medical Emergency (if previously established by client).
- Lack of 220 V. power.
- Low battery voltage.
- Bypass in determined areas.
- Area dedicated to fire and others.
- Each panel admits several different users.
The Control Center can distinguish and precise what user operated the system.
Our operators strictly comply with your instructions in each and every case, being it our responsibility that such instructions are clearly defined.

Support of Response Patrols
Roytronic S.A. offers a system of Response Support Patrols when a warning of an alarm being set off is received at our Control Center. We have patrols and security staff and communication systems via radio (central and mobile). This service is provided 24 hours a day, all year round.
The team’s mission is to try to dissuade delinquency that may be targeting the premises and to give immediate warning to the Police. In the case of stores and industrial plants, we will notify the owner and/or legal representatives and/or employees in charge so that one of them can go to the premises with the corresponding keys.
In principle, upon receiving a mission, the team will do the following:
- Upon arriving at the premises, the patrol will remain locked in front of the premises waiting for the arrival of the person who will be carrying the keys. The team will carry out an outdoor surveillance in an attempt to corroborate the presence of people or indications such as open doors, broken glass, broken bars, torn sirens, etc.
- If the damage makes it necessary for the patrol to stay until de arrival of a company representative, our service will attempt to provide up to one hour of surveillance.
- After this first hour, we will try to engage the services of a private guard or a 222-service (provided by the Police). This service will be charged to the client.

Technical Maintenance Service
Roytronic S.A. offers a maintenance service of the existing system through its Technical Department which is supported by its special divisions for the installation and preventive and corrective maintenance.
Carrying out such preventive maintenance involves a quarterly visit where the right conditions and functioning of the elements that compose the System are checked.
In addition, the system will be repaired every time it is proven that it is not working properly. It is the client who will call us to verify this.
On holidays and after regular working hours, the call should be directed to our emergency service through our Control Center (Computerized Alarm Reception Unit).

UHF Radio Transmitter
When the client hires this service from us, the system is connected to our Computerized Alarm Reception Unit. The connection is made through a UHF radio transmitter (ELECTRONICS LINE (ISRAEL) KEL-781 model).
The KEL-781 radio warns the Control Center that the telephone line has been cut. In addition, it warns it of all other events that may merit risk situations: panic and robbery.
The KEL-781 radio utilizes a high-security frequency in the UHF band. Its software is coded to transmit testing periodical signals to the Control Center. Once the signal is received, we will proceed in accordance with your instructions, which will have been specified in your Confidential File and previously incorporated to our computer files. Thus, the operator will be able to get through to whoever you appoint.
Our operators closely follow your instructions, being it our own responsibility that these instructions are well defined.
With a view to ensuring the best possible reception, the best location for the transmitter will be chosen on the protected premises.

Opening and closing control
The Service includes an immediate response should there be eventual irregularities in the compliance with the access as previously established by You (the times when the System is switched on and off).
Such information enters the software of the Monitoring Center as an Alarm Condition.
Example: if the System is not switched on at its habitual time, You may indicate in your Confidential File at what time such occurrence should be notified to you at the latest.

Ambush Code
In extremely serious situations, for example, being threatened to switch the system off, this service consists in keying a different code, which ensures that lives are not at risk. In cases like this, the system will react normally, but it will simultaneously send a signal of maximum emergency to our Computerized Alarm Reception Unit (Control Center). Once it is received, a support patrol is sent to the premises and the Police is alerted.

Medical Emergency
This is an extremely necessary service.
If there is a medical emergency or a person is feeling seriously ill, keying one number will warn our Computerized Alarm Reception Unit (Control Center), which will immediately contact your emergency medicine provider, next of kin or whoever you may appoint.

Fire
Both in private residences and in companies or institutions, the risk of fire is unavoidable.
Regardless of the extinction devices you may plan, it is fundamental to be able to ask for the immediate support of our Computerized Alarm Reception Unit (Control Center). In accordance with your instructions, we will call the Fire-Fighters and/or whoever you may appoint.
This can result in an event being a minor incident or a significant loss.
