Leadership
The company is headed by Electronic Engineer Roberto Cyjon.
Technical Department
It consists of a permanent team of technicians, who are in charge of preventive and corrective maintenance as well as of the supervision and delivery of new Systems. This team is technically responsible for the Control Center (Computerized Alarm Reception Unit).
Commercial Department
It consists of a team of professional advisers on electronic security who design security solutions to tailor the needs of each client.
Operations Department
Responsible for the following areas:
- Operation of the Control Center – Computerized Alarm Reception Unit and response of Support Patrols.
- Response with support patrols: Operation and supervision of support patrols responding to alarms.
- RENAEMSE: National Registry of Security Firms (Registro Nacional de Empresas de Seguridad) of the Ministry of the Interior.
Department of Projects and Consultancies
It consists of specialists in project planning and development both in the public and the private fields. Our experience is vast in security projects, fires, closed-circuit television, access control and integration.
Our team of professionals offer consultancies on all areas related to electronic security. We have carried them out in the national territory and abroad for multinational companies.
Our Support
National Support
Roytronic S.A. has been authorized by the Ministry of the Interior, National Registry of Security Firms (RENAEMSE Registro Nacional de Empresas de Seguridad) to install security systems in the national territory. Roytronic S.A. held the first presidency of the Chamber of Professional Installers of Electronic Security Systems (CIPSES) in 2007.
Roytronic S.A. has been authorized by the State Insurance Bank (BSE Banco de Seguros del Estado) , and by other private insurance companies that operate in Uruguay.
